Refund Policy for Nylon Legs
Scope
This Refund Policy applies only if the Service offers paid access, subscriptions, or licensed digital purchases.
General Rule
Digital access fees are generally non-refundable after access has been granted or licensed content has been materially consumed, except where refund rights are required by law.
Refund Requests
A refund request may be considered when:
- you were charged in error;
- duplicate payment occurred;
- the paid feature or licensed access could not be delivered due to a persistent technical issue we could not resolve.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are typically not available for:
- change-of-mind requests after access has been granted;
- content dissatisfaction when the site delivered the purchased access as described;
- requests made after substantial use of the purchased service;
- account or access restrictions caused by Terms violations.
How To Request Review
Email hello@nylon-legs-manhua.lol with:
- the email used for purchase or support;
- purchase date;
- payment reference;
- a short description of the issue.
Review Timeline
We aim to review refund requests within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
